The Luminous Women retreats are a true experience, an inner, spiritual and holistic journey.
I share with you my love for the practice of Freedom yoga, meditation, intuitive dance and mantra chanting. This is accompanied by music, the sound of drums... And in the evenings, we gather for a women's circle, to share kindness and listen. We let ourselves be lulled by our intuition, by the energy of the moment, to gradually develop certain subjects, such as self-confidence, self-love, feminine power...

Since our weekend in Salvan, a lot has changed in my life.

Thank you for your e-mails, which I always enjoy reading. Since our weekend in Salvan, many things have changed in my life. I decided to stop taking the pill in order to get back my cycle (which I hadn't had for 3 years) and to feel like a woman again and proud of it. I still have many fond memories of this experience, and you're obviously one of them.

The warm, personalized welcome enveloped us in gentleness and kindness from the moment we arrived. The retreat was very well organized, with plenty of pleasant time to ourselves. The meals were delicious and tasty not only for the palate but also for the eyes.
